ThingLink in the Classroom:
What is a Function?
To support students' review for an upcoming exam, Ms. Yenca designed this Thinglink interactive image. The image is linked with web content, videos, review practice, and quiz assessments that provide students with immediate feedback. Students explored and completed the activities in this Thinglink as part of a larger review pack and were assigned to use quiz and test data from the semester to guide self-directed study sessions. Ecosystem Project
In Ms. Crowley’s science class, students found an example of a local ecosystem in their neighborhood or community. Using an image of their selected ecosystem, students created a digital presentation using Thinglink. Students analyzed their chosen ecosystem to identify biotic and abiotic factors, as well as examples of relationships that could be exhibited in their image. Students’ Thinglink presentations were evaluated by their peers and used as a review of the ecosystem unit. This example explains the bear habitat at the local zoo.
